Gym Rules:
Always
- REMOVE all weight from machines and barbells when you're done
- RETURN all equipment to the correct position after use
- WIPE benches, handles, and seats clean and dry after use
- RESPECT fellow gym members and staff
Banned items
- NO outdoor shoes in the gym
- NO magnesium gripping powder
- NO free weights on the cardio machines
Gym users will be held responsible for any damage caused to equipment. Each gym user is also responsible for their own personal safety.
Breaking the gym rules may lead to suspension.
